Organization
- TriSquare's Customer Service Headquarters is located
in our Coconut Creek, Florida facility and can be reached
toll-free by calling:(800) 832-3154
or (954) 421-4004 . The Customer Service
Department is headed by the Director of Customer Service,
who is responsible for all TriSquare Field Engineering
and Product Support activities. A central desk, our
problem solving center, is reached by dialing our toll
free number. From there, you are directed to the support
desk, where your call is efficiently handled.
Field Service
- All TriSquare furnished equipment and other approved
models are eligible for TriSquare's nationwide service
care. From installation to on site maintenance, all
activities are monitored and supervised by TriSquare's
management team in Coconut Creek. To assist you, this
team includes a group of highly trained product specialist,
and experienced service engineers. In addition, a network
of service offices nationwide are available to satisfy
your on site service requirements. Please call TriSquare
marketing should you require the service center closest
to you.
Product Support
- A product technical support group is available to
provide assistance in answering technical questions
concerning TriSquare products. This group can be reached
simply by calling our toll-free number. All TriSquare
customers have this service available to them
to get the most out of their TriSquare products.
Installation
- TriSquare Field Service is available to install all
TriSquare printer systems. This service is provided
at a fixed rate and guarantees the product to be operational
at your site. Published installation
rates are available on all TriSquare products located
within our normal service zones. Other areas extended
from these zones will be quoted by your TriSquare sales
representative in Coconut Creek.
Service Contracts
- Annual maintenance contracts are available for all
TriSquare provided printer systems. Published rates
are available for all products. These rates may vary
for products installed outside normal service zones
that are defined as TriSquare service centers. Please
check with your marketing representative to determine
your zone. TriSquare total maintenance provides you
with skilled service personnel and unparalleled logistic
support
at cost effective rates. Rates are determined based
upon a 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. coverage
period, five days per week (Monday through Friday),
except for national and local holidays. All parts and labor
is included, excluding only defined consumables.
TriSquare is pleased to quote service outside our standard
zones and time periods. Products that have not been
installed by TriSquare or have not been under TriSquare
maintenance commencing with the installation date, will
require an initial inspection. This inspection is normally
provided on a time and material basis. A sample service
contract is available for your review, please call your
TriSquare sales representative.
Time and Material
- Time and material service calls are available for
all TriSquare furnished products. Labor, travel and
material cost are charged to the customer at the prevailing
rates. All time and material calls are arranged by contacting
Customer Service, Coconut Creek. All time and material
calls are handled on a best effort response basis (contracted
services have our highest priority).
Training
- A wide variety of product training is available from
TriSquare. Courses presented by the Customer Service
Department can be arranged. Because
each customer has unique requirements and capabilities,
each course is designed specifically to meet your needs.

Spare Parts
- TriSquare maintains an extensive spare parts inventory
on all products sold. Customers may purchase parts through
the TriSquare Spares Department at (800) 832-3154.
Most emergency orders can be shipped the same day. Quantity discounts
are available for quantity buyers. Recommended spare
parts listings are available on TriSquare printers,
and can be obtained from TriSquare Spares Department.,
Marketing or Customer Services.
Consumables
- TriSquare offers original factory direct consumables and newly manufactured compatibles
for most manufacturer's printers, as well as most popular legacy
printers installed today at market leading low costs.
TriSquare maintains a large inventory of all consumable
items and can usually ship the same day upon receiving
your order. TriSquare also offers quantity buyers deep discounts
and innovative plans to guarantee inventory availability.

Repair Services
- TriSquare offers full repair and refurbishment
of printers, and subassemblies. Many parts are repairable
and can be offered at deep discounts versus the cost of a new part. Depot repair services are
available on selected printers. Please contact TriSquare
Customer Service or Marketing if your needs indicate
depot repair is the most cost effective method to repairing
your printer.
Specialized Needs
- TriSquare is quite innovative at providing service
or training that is particularly suited for your specific
needs. We are open to discussing your unique requirements
and proposing a plan that will insure that your printer
requirements are met.
